Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your Home Hero account (if you created one) and the personal data associated with it at any time — no app install required.
Four simple steps
Send a note to homehero@thehomehero.app with the subject “Delete my Home Hero account and data”.
Include the phone number and/or email you used with Home Hero (and your name) so we can locate the right record.
If needed, we may ask for additional information to verify the request.
You’ll get a confirmation email once deletion is complete — typically within 30 days.
- • Account profile information (if applicable)
- • Lead/contact info you submitted (name, phone, ZIP, trade)
- • Any other personal data associated with your request
- • Technical metadata stored with your submissions (e.g., user-agent and IP)
We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for security and fraud-prevention (for example, server logs).
