Delete your Home Hero account and data

1. 1. Email homehero@thehomehero.app with the subject “Delete my Home Hero account and data”.
2. 2. Include the phone number and/or email you used with Home Hero (and your name), so we can locate the right record.
3. 3. If needed, we may ask for additional information to verify your request.
4. 4. We’ll confirm when the deletion has been completed.

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.

• - Account profile information (if applicable)
• - Lead/contact information you submitted (e.g., name, phone, ZIP, and trade)
• - Any other personal data associated with your request
• - Technical metadata stored with your submissions (for example, user-agent and IP)

We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for security and fraud-prevention (for example, server logs).

Additional retention period: security logs may be retained for up to 30 days.
